Scott was a high school Key Club Member and a Key Club President at El Camino High School. He joined OPK in September of 2004. Scott has served on the committees for Technology, Sponsored Youth, Young Childen-Priority One. He chaired the Fund Raising committee twice.
Scott has served on the board of directors and as the Club's president.
